This is a great hat for dress up and role play or even Halloween from Fantastic Value. It is made with good quality materials. The seller has many different kind of hat, i got the Civil War Union Cavalry Officer Black Hat. I love the way it is designed, totally look like the hat from civil war ear. It comes in one size which pretty much fits all adult head, this is because it has a elastic type material which can stretch and take the shape of your head. When you wear the hat it is very secure because of the elastic band. I am very happy with this hat, its doesn't look like a kids hat or cheap copy hat from any angle. It is quality hat for party of any occasions.
Now for packaging and shipping: It was packed in a plastic bag. The shipping was also very fast, i got the hat in two days after placing in the order.
