This is a great adjustable hand grip strengthener by Munk Athletic. I have it on my computer table so every morning when i am reading news online, i will do ten minutes on each hand. Trust me i have been doing this for 2 weeks now and i can tell my hand and forearm is getting in shape. This is a great product that i wish i have gotten it in winter so i would be in shape for summer. This is very reasonable priced, luckily i bought it at a discount price for my unbiased review. It can be used by people with small or large hands, my little brother also love to workout with this. Another great feature in this hand grip strengthener is that it can be adjustable to four different levels of resistance. so i started with the lowest and now i am up to the 3rd level. The grip is really comfortable and the handle is anti-slip. It is made with high quality stainless steel tension springs which provide long lasting durability.
Measurements and Adjustable Resistance : The hand grip measures : 6" x 4" great size it can fit in any pocket backpack or purse and the adjustable resistance Levels from 22-70 lbs.
Now for packaging and shipping : It was packed nicely in a plastic bag and the shipping was fast, it came in twp days after placing the order.The quality is extremely great for the price you pay.
