It is very well build with 100% premium bamboo with no added dyes or stains which is toxin free and has natural anti-bacterial properties. Plus bamboo is strong and dense as hardwoods. Unlike glass or plastic cutting boards, won't dull your kitchen knives. The cutting board also has large juice and drip groove which keeps liquids on the board and not all over your counter. The board is very easy to clean. Just rinse it under warm water/soap and let it air dry. It cutting board also comes with no-hassle lifetime warranty. So you can buy this with confidence. This sure is a great butting board and should be in every kitchen/bar/restaurant.
Board measurements: The seller has in two size. The one i got was 8 in x 6 in x 3/4 in. Love the small size. It is great for preparing and serving cheese, crackers, fruits, & small kitchen cutting jobs.
